* Empty remaining contents of beverage dispenser into a 1-gallon pitcher(s)

* Pull on release flap to loosen the storage container. Once loose, remove storage container.
* Under the storage container, remove the gasket
* Remove the drip tray
* Take all pieces to sink area
* Wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry all parts
* Return to dispenser, Wash, Rinse, Sanitize, and air dry the base (where gasket was) and spindle
* Once everything has air dried, reassemble for next day’s use
