CLOVER DEVICE- MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS

Clover Device – Reconciling Cash Drawer (Transactions)

  • The clover device keeps a running total of transactions for the day
  • At the end of each shift you will need to run a transaction report under “Transactions” on the clover device to compare HH Credit sales on terminal to the transactions paid for on the clover device
  • If you are comparing sales at the end of night, you will have to subtract the total from day shift total to find the amount rung up during your shift
    • Example: Day shift HH Credit = $2000.00. Total transactions at end of night was $3500.00.
    • $3500.00 minus $2000.00 means night shift transactions on the clover was $1500.00

Clover Device – Refunds

  • Select Refund on the clover device
  • Select look up past payment
  • Find the correct order to refund (verify CC number and amount)
  • Select refund
