Biscuit Bundles

Guests can choose any 12 of the following biscuits to customize their own Biscuit Bundle. Guests can mix and match to create any combination.

Always inform the guest upfront that the price of the bundle will change if they mix and match biscuits from different tiers

Prices are based on the tiers below:

Packaging

  • Place a deli liner in the bottom of a family box
  • Place the 12 biscuits the guest selected in the family box
  • Place the family box in a t-shirt bag
  • Serve with jelly, honey, and 12 napkins

Breakfast Sandwiches by the Dozen

Guests can choose any 12 of the three Big Breakfast Sandwiches to customize their own Breakfast Sandwich Bundle. Guests can mix and match to create any combination.

Packaging

  • 2 Family Boxes: Place 6 breakfast sandwiches in each box
  • Place each family box in a t-shirt bag

Catering Sides

  • Guests can choose bacon, sausage, smoked sausage, grits, eggs or sausage gravy as a catering side.
  • We offer breakfast catering sides in the following sizes: Feeds 5
  • Guests cannot mix and match catering sides

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN YOU HAVE 2 OR MORE ½ SIZE PANS, PLEASE PLACE INTO A CATERING BOX. (2-½ SIZE PANS PER CATERING BOX)

Proteins and Sides

  • Bacon: 15 slices bacon
  • Sausage: 10 sausage patties
  • Smoked Sausage: 10 smoked sausage links
  • Grits: 1 bowl of grits
  • Sausage Gravy: 1 bowl of gravy
  • Eggs: 1 bowl of eggs
  • Place in a T-shirt bag. Serve with 5 napkins per item ordered.
  • Serving Spoons: 1 spoon per grits, gravy or egg bowl

Catering Plates

  • Guests can choose Sausage Gravy, Breakfast Special or Deluxe Breakfast as a catering option for breakfast plates
  • We offer catering plates in the following sizes: feed 10-12, feed 15-17, and feed 25-27.
  • Guests cannot mix and match catering sides

Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Feed 10

  • 3 bowls sausage gravy
  • 2 bowl in 1 T-shirt bag. 1 bowl in an additional T-shirt bag.
  • Family Box: Yellow tongs to place 10 biscuits in box. Place in T-shirt bag.
  • 6 lb. bag: 1 serving spoon & 10 napkins. Place in T-shirt bag with 1 bowl.

Feed 15

  • Half size pan sausage gravy
  • Place into a catering bag
  • Family Box: Yellow tongs to place 15 biscuits in box. Place on top of half size pan in catering bag.
  • 6 lb. bag: 1 serving spoon & 15 napkins. Place 6 lb.. bag in the catering bag.

Feed 25

  • 1 Full size pan sausage gravy
  • Place into a catering box. Place box into catering bag.
  • 2 Family Boxes: Yellow tongs to place 13 biscuits in one box and 12 biscuits in the additional box. Place on top of catering box in catering bag.
  • 6 lb. bag: 1 serving spoon & 25 napkins. Place 6 lb.. bag in the catering bag.

Individual Box Meals

Breakfast Special

  • 3 compartment tray dine-out
  • Two scrambled eggs (large compartment). 1 level scoop.
  • Two whole strips bacon or 1 sausage patty next to the scrambled eggs
  • Grits – fill 1/2” from overfill which is approximately 4 ounces (small compartment)
  • Sausage Gravy – fill 1/2” from overfill which is approximately 4 ounces (small compartment)
  • Biscuit - Place deli liner over compartments. Place biscuit on top of liner.
  • Place the 3-compartment hinged containers into a catering bag side by side
  • Place 1 napkin, a fork, and a knife for each box in a 6 lb. bag
  • Place the 6 lb. bag into the catering bag

Deluxe Breakfast

  • 3 compartment tray dine out

  • Choice of meat (large compartment) next to the eggs

Single Gravy

  • Plain hinged container
  • One split biscuit (cut side up)
  • 6 ounces breakfast gravy portioned over cut biscuit
  • Place the plain hinged containers into a catering bag side by side
  • Place 1 napkin, a fork, and a knife for each box in a 6 lb. bag
  • Place the 6 lb. bag into the catering bag
