Biscuit Warmer Programming
Manual Biscuit Warmer Programming
- During Changeover Chicken Fillets will be held in the holding bin on frontline
- During lunch & dinner chicken fillets will be held in the biscuit warmer on backline
- During breakfast & changeover the dial will need to be set to 5 for holding biscuits
- During lunch & dinner the dial will need to be set to 7 for holding chicken fillets
- The air temperature for holding chicken fillets should be 195° F- 200°F
Digital Biscuit Warmer Programming
- During Breakfast, select daypart 1 on the biscuit warmer to hold biscuits during breakfast
- During Changeover, select daypart 2 on the biscuit warmer to hold Biscuits & Chicken Fillets (Timers closest to Frontline keep programmed for biscuits. Timers closest to Backline, program to hold chicken fillets)
- During Lunch/Dinner, select daypart 3 on the biscuit warmer to hold Chicken Fillets (Both sides set to hold chicken fillets)
- To change a timer channel holding time value, the unit needs to be in preheat mode “PHT” or in idle mode “---“.
DAYPART 1
- Programming temperatures for top and bottom plates for holding biscuits (Both sides set to hold biscuits)
- To enter the program mode, press the up & down arrows at the same time for 3 seconds
- Use the temperature button to scroll through the options until you see “top”
- Use the up & down arrows to adjust the temperature to 180°F
- Use the temperature button to scroll through the options until you see “bot”
- Use the up & down arrows to adjust the temperature to 180°F
- To exit program mode, hold the temperature button down for 3 seconds
DAYPART 2
- Programming temperatures for top and bottom plates for holding Chicken Fillets (Timers closest to Frontline keep programmed for biscuits. Timers closest to Backline, program to hold chicken fillets)
- To enter the program mode, press the up & down arrows at the same time for 3 seconds
- Use the temperature button to scroll through the options until you see “top”
- Use the up & down arrows to adjust the temperature to 215°F (For Fillets)
- Use the temperature button to scroll through the options until you see “bot”
- Use the up & down arrows to adjust the temperature to 150°F (For Fillets)
- To exit program mode, hold the temperature button down for 3 seconds
DAYPART 3
- Programming temperatures for top and bottom plates for holding Chicken Fillets (Both sides set to hold chicken fillets)
- To enter the program mode, press the up & down arrows at the same time for 3 seconds
- Use the temperature button to scroll through the options until you see “top”
- Use the up & down arrows to adjust the temperature to 215°F
- Use the temperature button to scroll through the options until you see “bot”
- Use the up & down arrows to adjust the temperature to 150°F
- To exit program mode, hold the temperature button down for 3 seconds
Changing Dayparts
- Hold the up arrow for 3 seconds. The display will begin flashing. Use the arrows to scroll through until you reach the desired daypart.
- During breakfast, both timers will need to be set to daypart 1
- For Changeover, the timer closest to frontline will remain on daypart 1 for biscuits. The timer closest to the backline will need to be changed to daypart 2 for chicken fillets
- For lunch and dinner, change the timer closest to frontline to daypart 3 for chicken fillets
- Changing hold times
- Hold the timer button down for 3 seconds
- The timer will begin flashing
- Use the up or down arrows to adjust to the proper hold time
- Biscuits and fillets will hold 30 minutes in the biscuit/product warmer
- Hold the temperature down for 3 seconds to exit
