If a Guest request speci.c pieces, select Chk PC- Cooks Choice line in the virtual receipt, enter the number speci.ed and then touch the appropriate breast, wing, leg or thigh button. If a Guest request breasts, beyond the defaulted pieces, an up-charge will be applied.

When boxing the order, always select the “Cook’s Choice” pieces based on availability, while still ensuring that the Guest receives a Mix of white and dark meat/ large and small. See chart below.

  • Family Box: Yellow tongs to place 45 chicken fingers in box
  • 6 lb. bag: 15 dipping sauces (customer’s choice)
  • Family box into t-shirt bag. Place 6 lb. bag next to family box in t-shirt bag

Feed 25 (75 pieces)

  • Full Size Pan: Yellow tongs to place 75 chicken fingers in pan
  • Full-size pan into full-size catering box
  • Full size pan into large white tote
  • Family Box: 25 dipping sauces (customer’s choice)
  • Family box into large white tote on top of full-size pan

Feed 50 (150 pieces)

  • 2 Full Size Pans: Yellow tongs to place 75 chicken fingers in each pan
  • Each full-size pan into a full-size catering box
  • 2 Family Boxes: 25 dipping sauces (customer’s choice) in each box
  • 2 catering boxes in 1 large white tote. Family boxes into large white tote on top of full-size catering box.

Catering Sides

  • Guests can choose mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans or coleslaw as a catering side.
  • We offer lunch catering sides in the following sizes: Feeds 10-12, Feeds 15-17 & Feeds 25-27

Feed 10 - 12

Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 bowls mashed potatoes
  • 1 bowl chicken gravy
  • 2 bowl in 1 T-shirt bag. 1 bowl in an additional T-shirt bag.
  • 6 lb. bag: 2 serving spoons & 10 napkins. Place in T-shirt bag with 1 bowl.

Green Beans

  • 2 bowls of green beans
  • 2 bowls in 1 T-shirt bag
  • 6 lb. bag: 1 serving spoon & 10 napkins. Place in T-shirt bag bowls

Coleslaw

  • 2 bowls of coleslaw
  • 2 bowls in 1 T-shirt bag
  • 6 lb. bag: 1 serving spoon & 10 napkins. Place in T-shirt bag bowls

Feed 25 - 27

Mashed Potatoes

  • 6 lb. bag: 2 serving spoons & 25 napkins. Place in T-shirt bag with 1 bowl.
  • Pan of mashed potatoes into large white tote. Place T-shirt bags in tote.

Green Beans

  • 1- half size pan of green beans
  • Pan of green beans into large white tote
  • 6 lb. bag: 1 serving spoon & 25 napkins. Place in white tote.

Coleslaw

  • 1- half size pan of coleslaw
  • Pan of coleslaw into large white tote
  • 6 lb. bag: 1 serving spoon & 25 napkins. Place in white tote.

Baker's Dozen Biscuits

  • Yellow tongs to place 13 biscuits in family box

Half Dozen Fried Pies

  • 6 pies of customers choice (can mix or match) in 9-inch box
  • 9-inch box into t-shirt bag
  • 6 napkins on top of 9-inch box


BULK CONTAINERS ARE TO BE USED FOR SERVING CATERING ONLY. BULK TEA CONTAINERS ARE ONE TIME USE ONLY (NO REFILLS)

Iced Tea

  • Remove lid from the ½ gallon container
  • Fill the ½ gallon container to the .ll line with tea (Sweet or Unsweet)
  • Tighten the lid onto the ½ gallon container until it clicks
  • Using a sharpie put a check mark in the “Sweet” or “Unsweetened” bubble
  • Using a sharpie write the current date and time on the line labeled .ll date & time
  • Hand to the customer

Lemonade

  • Remove lid from the ½ gallon container
  • Pour the lemonade into the ½ gallon container
  • Fill the ½ gallon container to the .ll line with lemonade
  • Tighten the lid onto the ½ gallon container until it clicks
  • Using a sharpie put a check mark in the “Other” bubble on the ½ gallon container
  • Using a sharpie write the current date and time on the line labeled .ll date & time
  • Hand to the customer

Iced Coffee - Half-gallon

  • Remove lid from the ½ gallon container
  • If the customer requests flavoring (Mocha, Vanilla, or Caramel) portion six pumps of the customer’s flavor choice directly into the ½ gallon container
  • Pour the iced coffee mix into the ½ gallon container to the fill line
  • Tighten the lid onto the ½ gallon container until it clicks
  • Using a sharpie put a check mark in the Other bubble on the ½ gallon container
  • Using a sharpie write the current date and time on the line labeled fill date & time
  • “Swirl” the ½ gallon container for 5 seconds to blend the flavoring & iced coffee mix thoroughly
  • Hand to the customer

Coffee

  • Each bulk container will hold 1 ½ pots of coffee (approximately 96 oz. or 3 quarts)
  • Brew 2 pots of coffee
  • Assemble the bulk coffee container using the directions on the bulk container (6 steps)
  • Ensure the spout is facing upwards
  • Pour the coffee into the bulk container to the fill line
  • Place saran wrap around the spout to help seal the bulk container lid
  • Place bulk container lid over saran wrap & fasten tightly
  • Sit bulk container back into its resting position
  • Hand to the customer
