Big Box Meal with 8 Piece Bone Chicken or 12 Chicken Fingers
(8 Pieces of bone chicken or 12 chicken fingers, 4 biscuits, 2 large sides, 4 pies)
8 PIECE BONE CHICKEN (2 Breasts, 2 Wings, 2 Thighs, 2 Legs)
- Place a deli liner in a large chicken box
- Use yellow tongs to place 8 pieces of chicken in the large chicken box
- Place a deli liner on top of the chicken
- Place four biscuits on top of the deli liner
- Close large chicken box
12 Chicken Fingers
- Place a deli liner in the bottom of a 9-inch box
- Use yellow tongs to place twelve chicken fingers inside the container
- Place a deli liner on top of the chicken fingers
- Place four biscuits on top of the deli liner
- Close the lid
Pies
- Place 4 pies (customer’s choice) into a 6 lb. bag
- Fold the ends of the 6 lb. bag
Large Side Item Choices
- Portion sides into a 16-ounce (pint) container. Fill to ½ inch from the top of the container.
- Place a lid on the pint container and make sure it is seated firmly
Boat of Fries
- Place a deli liner in a 3-pound food tray. Empty two (2) large size fries into the food tray.
- Place the boat of fries in a 6-pound bag with the logo facing up
- Fold the ends of the 6 lb. bag
Utensils
- Place 4 forks, 4 knives, and 8 napkins into an additional 6 lb. bag (and 4 dipping sauces for tenders)
- Fold the ends of the 6 lb. bag
Packaging Options
8 Piece chicken or 12 chicken fingers, 4 biscuits, 1 PINT OF MASHED POTATOES WITH GRAVY, 1 PINT OF GREEN BEANS or 2 PINTS OF GREEN BEANS, 4 pies & utensils
- Assemble the Big Box
- Fold the side compartment insert & place into the big box creating 2 small compartments
- Place the Large Chicken Box with 8 pieces of bone chicken & 4 biscuits or the 9-inch box with 12 chicken fingers & 4 biscuits into the large compartment of the Big Box
- Ensure the Large Chicken Box is flush in the corner of the Big Box
- Place both requested sides items into one of the small compartments of the Big Box
- If mashed potatoes are one of the customers choices, the squat bowl of gravy will sit on top of the 2 pint side containers
- Lay the 6 lb. bag with pies on top of the Large Chicken Box or 9-inch box with the logo facing up
- Always make sure the pies are lying flat and not vertical, or the pie filling will slide to the bottom of the pie shell
- Place the 6 lb. bag of utensils & napkins into the 2nd small compartment in the Big Box
- Place four 3-compartment plates to the left or right of the Large Chicken Box or 9-inch box in the large compartment of the Big Box
- Close the Big Box making sure that each end is fully latched and secure
- Hand to the customer

- Assemble the Big Box
- Fold the side compartment insert & place into the big box creating 2 small compartments
- Place the Large Chicken Box with 8 pieces of bone chicken & 4 biscuits or the 9-inch box with 12 chicken fingers & 4 biscuits into the large compartment of the Big Box
- Ensure the Large Chicken Box is flush in the corner of the Big Box
- Place the requested pint items into one of the small compartments of the Big Box
- When the 2 requested sides are mashed potatoes, portion the gravy into a pint container
- Place the pint container of gravy into the 2nd small compartment in the Big Box
- Place the 6 lb. bag of utensils & napkins into the 2nd small compartment in the Big Box on top of the pint of gravy
- Lay the 6 lb. bag with pies on top of the Large Chicken or 9-inch box with the logo facing up
- Always make sure the pies are lying flat and not vertical, or the pie filling will slide to the bottom of the pie shell
- Place four 3-compartment plates to the left or right of the Large Chicken Box or 9-inch box in the large compartment of the Big Box
- Close the Big Box making sure that each end is fully latched and secure
- Hand to the customer

- Assemble the Big Box
- Fold the side compartment insert & place into the big box creating 2 small compartments
- Place the Large Chicken Box with 8 pieces of bone chicken & 4 biscuits or the 9-inch box with 12 chicken fingers & 4 biscuits into the large compartment of the Big Box
- Ensure the Large Chicken Box is flush in the corner of the Big Box
- Place the pint of mashed potatoes & gravy or green beans into one small section of the Big Box
- Place the pint of coleslaw into the other small compartment of the Big box
- Place the 6 lb. bag of utensils & napkins into the 2nd small compartment in the Big Box on top of the cole slaw
- Lay the 6 lb. bag with pies on top of the Large Chicken Box or 9-inch box with the logo facing up
- Always make sure the pies are lying flat and not vertical, or the pie filling will slide to the bottom of the pie shell
- Place four 3-compartment plates to the left or right of the Large Chicken Box or 9-inch box in the large compartment of the Big Box
- Close the Big Box making sure that each end is fully latched and secure

- Place the 6 lb. bag of utensils & napkins into the 2nd small compartment in the Big Box
- Place four 3-compartment plates to the left or right of the Large Chicken Box or 9-inch box in the large compartment of the Big Box

- Ensure the Large Chicken Box is flush in the corner of the Big Box
- Lay the 6 lb. bag with pies with logo facing up beside the large chicken box or 9-inch box in the bottom of the Big Box
- Always make sure the pies are lying flat and not vertical, or the pie filling will slide to the bottom of the pie shell
- Lay one 6 lb. bag with boat of fries on top of the Large Chicken box or 9-inch box with logo facing up
- Lay the second 6 lb. bag with boat of fries on top on the 1st 6 lb. bag with boat of fries
- Place the 6 lb. bag of utensils & napkins on top of the 6 lb. bag with pies
- Place four 3-compartment plates to the left or right of the Large Chicken Box or 9-inch box in the large compartment of the Big Box
