Programming Amana Microwaves

  • Before programming the microwaves ensure there is a Cambro container with water inside the microwave. Failure to do so can result in microwave damage!

1. Open microwave door

2. Press & hold #1 timer button for approximately 5 seconds (the word PROGRAM will appear)

3. Select the button you are programming

4. Enter cooking time by using the number buttons

5. Hit START button to lock the time

6. Close the door

7. Test: Ensure there is a Cambro container of water inside. Press the timer button to ensure the programming worked.

Programming Panasonic Microwaves

  • Before programming the microwaves ensure there is a Cambro container with water inside the microwave. Failure to do so can result in microwave damage!
  • For the Panasonic microwave you must ensure the microwave is the UNLOCK mode

1. Open microwave door

2. Press START & PROGRAM button for 2 seconds to unlock the microwave (PL = locked, P= unlocked)

3. Once the microwave is in the unlocked mode, ensure the microwave door is open & press the Program button. You will see the word PROGRAM flashing.

4. Select power level button

5. Select the button number you would like to program

6. Enter cooking time by using the number buttons

7. Press the Program button

8. Lock the microwave (Press START & PROGRAM button for 2 seconds to unlock the microwave)

    (PL = locked, P = unlocked)

9. Close the microwave door

10. Test: Ensure there is a Cambro container of water inside. Press the timer button to

     ensure the programming worked.

4. Press the start button to set the new programming changes to the button

NOTE: To discard changes press stop button or close microwave door

5. Press stop button to exit programming mode

6.  Test: Ensure there is a cambro container of water inside. Press the timer button to

     ensure the programming worked.
